STEP 1 - MEET REQUIREMENTS

Puppy Manor’s requirements are in place to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both pets and staff. Please note that it is best to administer vaccinations at least a few days before coming to any kennel. First, this gives the vaccination time to incubate and thus better protect your pet. Additionally, some pets may have negative reactions to vaccinations shortly after they are administered. We recommend having your vet email vaccination records prior to your evaluation. You may also bring in a paper copy with you upon check-in.

Requirements for Puppy Manor Dogs:

Current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) *Vaccines must be administered by a vet
At least 3 months old, although 4 months of age is encouraged for the health of your pet. All rounds of vaccinations must be completed prior to coming in. Puppies are still developing their immune systems at an early age, thus there is a slightly higher risk factor for young puppies in any kennel environment.
All females must be spayed if over 7 months. Un-Neutered males over 7 months are not allowed in group play.
All dogs must be on a regular flea preventative.
Group Play Dogs Only: Must socialize with other dogs and not exhibit aggressive behavior towards people or dogs.

STEP 3 - EVALUATION

All new boarding and daycare dogs come in for an evaluation day, which is simply a full day of daycare provided free of charge. During the evaluation, our trained staff will introduce your dog into the play environment and observe how he or she behaves in a social setting; Please note, our supervised playgroups typically contain 20+ dogs. This process not only helps us to ensure the safety and compatibility of all dogs visiting Puppy Manor, but acclimates your dog to our environment.

Evaluations are by appointment only. Please request an appointment using our online customer portal or contact us here. Once your dog completes the evaluation, you are free to book boarding and daycare reservations as needed!
