We are conveniently located just under 20 minutes south of Tampa International Airport!

Puppy Manor loves dogs and truly values our customers. We strive to provide a meaningful experience for every dog in our care. In addition, our unique, huge property boasts nearly 2 acres of land in the heart of South Tampa. This allows us to provide a fun experience for those pups that love to socialize, as well as dogs that just need their own play yard.

We do not breed discriminate at Puppy Manor; we accept all dogs as long as they are not aggressive towards our staff. An open play environment is not suitable for all dogs, which is why we offer both social and individual play for dogs in our care.

We encourage all new clients to review the "I'm New" Page to ensure Puppy Manor is a good fit for your dog.

The basics:

- Minimum of 3 months old (4 months encouraged)

- Must be spayed if 7+ months old; non-neutered males over 7 months are not allowed to socialize

- Current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations (vaccines must be administered by a vet).

- Must not show aggression towards humans.

Office Hours are 7:00am to 10:00am in the morning and 3:00pm to 7:00pm in the afternoon (open till 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday's only). Boarding customers can drop off and pick up their dogs during either morning or afternoon office hours, whatever is more convenient for you. We do encourage morning drop-off's for boarding to give dogs ample time to settle in and play on their first day of boarding!

**Please note any BOARDING dog picked up after 1pm on the last day of their stay, will in incur a $25 after hours pick up fee for the half day of daycare that day.

Our kennel staff is knowledgeable about canine first aid and is equipped to handle minor injuries. In the event of illness or serious injury, we will take your pet to your regular vet if possible or to an emergency care vet for immediate attention. Puppy Manor assures that you will be notified if your dog is taken to the vet for any reason.

Our overnight guests are welcome to bring bedding and toys, which can provide familiarity and relief for your dog while away from home. If you choose not to bring bedding, we will be sure to provide bedding at no extra charge!

Puppy Manor prides itself on flexibility. We will never charge you for a reservation change or cancellation for a non-holiday visit, and you only pay for actual nights stayed. Thus, if you book a stay until Sunday and come back early for a Saturday pickup, you will not be charged for Saturday night.

During holidays, we may take a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. We reserve the right to charge you for 100% of your stay during holidays if you do not cancel at least seven days prior to your drop off date.

You will never be charged a fee for cancelling or changing a doggy daycare reservation.
